Abstract Since the early 1990s, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) has formally requested customer satisfaction data from its worldwide customers. The goal has not been to simply obtain information from a tactical survey, but to seize data that will aid in making long-term strategic decisions. This session will explain how AMD manages these surveys and how they utilize Web-based survey data to assist in making critical customer service decisions.
